1.) EARTH FIRST - THE ORDER OF CREATION
It appears that the earth was fully formed and functional before the sun, moon and stars were created.
Day 1: The Earth was made (Genesis 1:1-5)
Day 3: The dry land, seas, and vegatiation was placed on the earth. (Genesis 1:9-13)
Day 4: The sun, moon, and stars were made and placed in the firmament. (Genesis 1:14-19)

2.) THE EARTH AS A STATIONARY FIXED OBJECT
These scriptures indicate a lack of spinning, or movement through space.
I Chronicles 16:30 Tremble before Him, all earth; yea, the world stands firm, nver to be moved.
Psalm 93:1 the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith e hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
Psalm 96: 10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved:
Zech 1:11 the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at rest.

A strong picture of a constructed facility.
Psalms 102:25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands
Psalms 104:5 who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever
Proverbs 8:29 When He set for the sea its boundary so that the water would not transgress His command, when He marked out the foundations of the earth
Isa 24:18 for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.
Isa 48:13 Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens:
Job 9:6 Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.
Job 38:4,6 (4) Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. (6) Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
I Sam: 2:8 for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.

The eath is never once even thought of as moving or spinning through an endless universe.

THE STARS WILL FALL TO EARTH
If there are billions of stars and they're billions of times larger than our sun, we’re in big trouble.
Jesus: “immediately after the tribulation of those days ... the stars shall fall from heaven” (Mt. 24:29)
Isaiah: “And all the hosts of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off the vine” (Isa. 34:4)
John the Revelator: “And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind” (Rev. 6:13)
